Gifted artwork and local purchases can be exchanged provided they are in original condition and are returned within 7 days of purchase. We encourage local clients to take advantage of our free of charge inhome/office art consultations and art on approval prior to purchase.
Non-local shipped artworks are not available for return and refund. To facilitate an informed purchase and customer satisfaction we are happy to send, upon request, photos of the artwork in various lighting and at different angles. We also encourage use of the ArtPlacer program on our website.
Artwork that is damaged while out on approval cannot be returned.
